The seminar has the following general objectives:
Foster the network between researchers and managers in the area of water resources.
Seeking to preserve the waters of the cross-border hydrographic basin of the Uruguay River.
Let's see our specific objectives:
-Systematize scientific work focused on the preservation of water resources in the Uruguay River basin;
-Promote integration between researchers, managers and players involved in research and management of water resources in Brazil/Argentina/Uruguay.
-Promote dialogue between the different spheres of public power in the three countries with a view to disseminating the work already carried out by the Water Observatory of the Uruguay River.
